Barre Pilates class is designed to tone, tighten, lift and sculpt every part of your body with emphasis on core stabilization and balance. This class combines elements of classical ballet, Pilates, and strength training with recovery stretching. Results are great: a long lean physique, toned muscles and perfect posture.
