In this Pilates class we will concentrate on strengthening the body with particular attention to the core. This will improve general fitness and overall wellbeing , as well as posture, balance and flexibility modifications and progressions will be offered.

Adults 19yrs+ can register into this program 1 week prior to program start date, if spaces available.
Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities)
Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT: If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
