This 60-minute Aquafit class is imbedded in a 90-minute Swim Session. Aquafit is a moderately paced and energizing class that utilizes water resistance for a variety of exercise combinations with warm up, cardio, strength, stretch and cool down components, designed for participants who want to increase their fitness and muscular endurance.
