Beginners are recommended to join Karate Light. If you are a 16-18 year old beginner, please join the children’s beginner class. If you are a 16-18 year old colored belt (Orange to Green Belt), please contact Seiyu Karate by email vkk@shaw.ca to have their approval to join this adult’s class before signing up.”
