This high-energy group fitness class combines jump rope training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to deliver a full-body cardio workout. Designed for all fitness levels, participants learn proper jump rope technique, build cardiovascular endurance, and increase muscular strength and coordination through a mix of jump variations and bodyweight exercises.
