Pilates is a form of low impact exercises and utilizes core strength, breathing and muscular integration to improve your posture, align your body, increase your strength and tone your muscles. In this class, you will use your own body weights and sometimes incorporate props for stability and you will increase the intensity of your poses.
Activity Drop-in Policy (excluding adult sports activities)
Drop-ins are accepted in programs where stated “Space Permitting - Drop-in fees”… Drop-in patrons can purchase their spot 15 minutes prior to program start time in person ONLY, based on 1st come 1st served. IMPORTANT: If maximum program capacity has already been met with registered patrons no drop-ins will be permitted, regardless of no-show patrons.
