Description
Rhythmic dance combines the grace of ballet and the strength of artistic gymnastics. Participants will learn basic body movements of apparatus technique while moving to various musical rhythms. This is a wonderful sport to test hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and rhythm. No session May 8 & 15.
