Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together, so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa is about harmony, balance and fluidity. Considered a moving meditation, this yoga style is a breath synchronized practice that cultivates heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, balancing postures, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
