Fully BookedThis recreational program provides training on balance beam, vault, bars, and floor. Instruction and positive feedback are provided for each event along with a variety of skills and their progressions. Athletes engage in a combination of bodyweight exercises, stretching routines, and skill-building activities. The class is designed to promote physical fitness, improve flexibility, and build strength, while also fostering body awareness and confidence. Athletes are encouraged to build upon skills mastered from previous Britannia classes, but new students are always welcome! Required attire can be a bodysuit or shorts and t-shirt - no socks permitted as they are a safety hazard. Long hair must be tied up.
All programs take place in Gym A/ B.
