Are you active - but still have super tight hips? And you also sit a lot? Running, winter sports, tennis, biking, strength training, and long hours at a desk can all create tight hip flexors, especially when core and glute strength aren’t fully supporting the movement.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to release hip tension and restore healthy movement patterns through a blend of stretching, activation, and focused technique.
We’ll work through targeted movements and sequencing to help you improve hip mobility, strengthen supporting muscles, and create lasting ease in your posture and daily movement.
Expect clear guidance, intentional practice, and real improvements in how your hips feel and function - during your practice and in your everyday life.
