Yoga and mindfulness at an early age encourages self-esteem and promotes healthy living habits and positive body awareness with a physical activity that’s accessible to everyone. Give your children the gift of mind and body wellness and a chance to build confidence, cultivate mindfulness, make new friends, have fun and express their creativity. Our camp is designed by Nadia a certified Yoga, Pilates, Dance instructor. Please bring your yoga mat, lunch, snacks, and water bottle. All materials are included.
