Description

The class focuses on building functional strength using the TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight. The adjustable straps allow you to modify your body angle to control the level of resistance. The last 15 minutes of the class transitions to a gentle, slow-paced yoga flow to stretch and release the muscles worked during the TRX session.
