Description
Bhangra is a high-energy dance style that combines various folk dances originating from Punjab, India. This advanced class is designed for dancers with 4–5+ years of Bhangra experience who are ready to push their technique, stamina, and performance skills. Classes will include an intensive warm-up, conditioning, and challenging combinations featuring intricate footwork, musicality, formations, and advanced traditional and modern Bhangra movements. Dancers will build endurance, refine their style, and explore performance-level choreography, with potential opportunities to participate in performances. Please wear active clothing and bring a water bottle!
