Naduska is a dance instructor, performer and personal trainer. She has performed, trained and taught across the Americas. In this unique class you simultaneously learn Latin style dance with corrective movement practices to develop posture alignment, muscle memory, and prevention of injuries. She focuses on developing balance and using your own body weight to strengthen while learning a fun slow paced Latin style dance such as Merengue and Bachata. Bring water bottle, indoor shoes, and comfortable exercise clothing.
