A mindful movement practice, suitable for beginners & those who are interested in a more gentle approach. The focus will include a combination of yoga & Somatic movement, meditation & breath work. You will learn how to use this practice to help deal with stress, become a more relaxed, aware person and keep your body moving with elegance & ease. Modifications will make this class attractive for those with restrictions due to health or injury. Drop-in $15, if space permits.
