Higher level players move on the court with almost preternatural grace and power. Vancouver’s popular Pickleball Training Hall represents a new approach to pickleball. Two very different coaches will introduce you to detailed training exercises intended to isolate pickleball’s essential movements. On the court, we’ll put these movements into a more complex set of stroke mechanics in situational drills and games.Throughout the program, these carefully constructed movements will integrate power, balance, agility, flexibility, proprioception, recovery and mindset into a profound flow state. This program is for meticulous players keen to understand the small details that get overlooked in more conventional pickleball clinics.
