Description
Unwind and Reset with Yoga is a combination of gentle asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, designed specifically to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system and reconnect you with a sense of ease. This is an invitation to slow down, relax and cultivate presence. All levels are welcome. No experience needed. Class will be gentle and accessible with an extended savasana. Bring a mat to class.
