Yoga for Fitness is a fitness-based approach to Yoga incorporating both dynamic and resistance based movement including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence). This class is for all levels of fitness and Yoga knowledge allowing you to step up or draw back based on your goals and capabilities. Come work out, tune in, and have fun!
