Physically energizing, deeply relaxing and emotionally uplifting, this program offers instruction in classical yoga with an emphasis on self-awareness and development of strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, body awareness, postural alignment and relaxation. It accommodates all levels of fitness and ability and is taught with clarity, creativity, attention to detail and sensitivity to individual needs, in an atmosphere of respect, compassion and humour. Safety, back and join care will be addressed. $25/Drop In
Your own mat and equipment is optional but recommended, we have mats and equipment you can use. Instructor will email you before the class to check in.
