Description

Relax your body and mind with yoga. Learn and practice yoga poses and postures to improve your balance, breathing, flexibility and strength in this class specifically designed for new caregivers. Here you can relax knowing participation is at your own pace and you can attend to your baby as needed. The recommended age for your baby is 1 to 12 months.
