Description

This Program will introduce participants to waterfront lifesaving through open water swimming, paddle boarding, and dry land activities. This program meets at Summerville outdoor pool and takes place on woodbine beach. Participants should be prepared to swim in lake Ontario.

Prerequisite: Must be able to swim at least two continuous pool lengths (approximately 50 metres) of unassisted front swim and demonstrate ability to take breaths.
