Description

Get creative with great ingredients like fruits, vegetables and grains. Come learn the basics of cooking and how to prepare delicious and nutritious recipes inspired by Canada’s Food Guide. From measuring and mixing ingredients to food safety, you will gain comfort in the kitchen.
