Baseball: Instructional

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In baseball, you will learn basics like throwing, catching, hitting and fielding as well as playing different positions and learning the game rules through practice and play. Equipment: Players must bring their own baseball glove.
