Description

Dive into lessons to improve your swim skills. Develop surface dives with underwater swimming, interval training, object support and all strokes. Work towards a continuous swim of 300 metres. This activity is for all girls. Be advised, no male caregivers or spectators will be allowed in the changerooms, in pool, on the pool deck or in the pool gallery during this activity. This is a combined Ultra 8 / Ultra 9 class.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 7.
