Description

Build confidence in deep water and improve your swimming skills. Develop front and back crawl, elementary backstroke and staying afloat in water. Learn stride entry, eggbeater kick, surface dives and breaststroke. Work towards a continuous swim of 50 to 100 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Youth 1.
