Description

This free Soccer Instructional Program is a FIFA World Cup 2026™ Toronto Legacy Program.

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance and coordination.

In soccer you will learn basics like kicking, passing and heading, as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
