Description

Build endurance in the water and improve your swimming skills. Develop entries, surface dives and stroke improvement. Learn to support an object in the water. Work towards a continuous swim of 100 to 300 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Youth 2.
