Description

Swim at your own pace. Discover water movements through sensory cues such as look, listen and feel and practice fun ways to enter and exit the pool to gain comfort in the water. Learn essential swimming skills such as floating, kicking, and gliding and understand the importance of water safety and how to be safe in and around water environments. Participants must have a current AIS membership. To register contact the AIS Hotline at 416-395-6128 or aiscw@toronto.ca. Please Note: External support persons attending with you shall enter water as required and can attend at no charge.
