Description

The course name says it all—Swim Fit. In this activity, you’ll not only get instruction on technique and stroke improvement, but you’ll also get the opportunity to perform interval drills to increase your swimming performance and endurance.

Prerequisite: Must be able to swim two continuous lengths of the pool or 50 metres.
