Hip Hop is a street dance that uses strong, fast and fluid movements. Learn basic steps like body rolls, contractions, bounces and waves through a variety of exercises and engaging choreography.
* participants will learn proper posture and dance technique
* introduction to strong,fast,smooth and fluid movements including specifically basic body rolls,contractions,bounces and waves
* opportunity to learn elements of freestyle movements to develop individual style
* participants will participate in choreographing a simple routine to be performed on last day
