Description

The Junior Lifeguard Club (JLC) offers a unique aquatic experience for those who love the water and wish to complement the skills they are learning in swimming lessons or on the swim team. Take part in activities that are like those of real lifeguards in a safe, fun and controlled setting. Learn about lifesaving and lifeguarding, get fit, challenge yourself with personal bests, make friends, and have a great time. You will receive a water-log to store seals to acknowledge your accomplishments.

Prerequisite: Minimum age of 8 years old. Must be able to swim at least 25 metres and tread water for two minutes.
