Description

Dive into lessons to improve your swim skills. Develop non-contact rescues and stroke improvement. Learn stride jump. Work towards a continuous swim of 400 metres. Class size is limited to four participants.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 8.
