Lacrosse: Instructional

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In lacrosse, a sport that uses a netted stick to carry and move a ball across a field to score, you will learn basics like passing, catching, stick handling and shooting as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
