Description

Jump into lessons to improve your swim skills. Develop front swim, back kicks and glides. Learn how to stay afloat in deep water, side glide and kicking. Work towards a continuous swim of five metres. This activity is for all women. Be advised, no male caregivers or spectators will be allowed in the changerooms, in pool, on the pool deck or in the pool gallery during this activity.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 1 or Preschool Swim 3.
