Description

Flexibility, strength, coordination and balance, gymnastics has it all. With a focus on strength training and technique, you will work on front handsprings, safe dismounts and how to connect movements to create tumbling passes on various apparatuses. Prerequisite: Gymnastics (Intermediate).
