Description

Enjoy a work out in the water to improve your fitness and reduce stress on your joints. Designed for participants with arthritis and joint injuries, movements will focus on improving range of motion through muscle conditioning, flexibility and strength-building exercises.

It is free to reserve a spot in this activity, fees may apply at the time of check in.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in with staff and pay for this swim. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your start time, your spot will be given to someone in the walk-in line. A printed receipt or a mobile screenshot is required at check in.

Participants are permitted to bring their own personal equipment.
