Reductive Linocut: Birds in Print

The reductive linocut method involves creating colourful prints by carving away different layers from Lino block. This hands-on session invited participants to create striking bird-inspired artwork while learning the fundamentals of linocut techniques. You'll be guided through the full process - from developping a simple design, to safely carving your image and finally inking and printing your multi-layered piece. Open to all who are interested in printmaking, participants should bring their own inspiration images. Materials list will be provided.
