Description

The Rookie Patrol program focuses on performance with a 100-metre timed swim and 350-metre workouts. It also provides instruction on assessing conscious victims, treatment of bleeding, and contacting Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 8.
