Description

The Rookie/Ranger/Star Patrol combined program focuses on performance working up to a 300-metre timed swim and 600-metre workouts. It also provides instruction on assessing conscious and unconscious victims, treatment of bleeding, shock, bone and joint injuries, responding to respiratory emergencies including obstructed airways, asthma and allergic reactions, as well as contacting Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Prerequisite: Minimum age of 9 years old and successful completion or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 9.
