Description

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In this non-ice version of hockey played with a ball, you will learn basics like passing, shooting and stick handling as well as game rules through drills, practice and play. Equipment: Players must bring a CSA-approved helmet and hockey gloves.
