Description
Healthy eating begins with good cooking. Come learn the basics of cooking and how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals on a budget. You will handle all aspects of food preparation from writing a menu, shopping and handling money, as well as using public transport to completing a recipe you can enjoy.
This activity is designed for individuals with an intellectual disability.
The City of Toronto and its staff cannot guarantee that the foods or supplies within its cooking programs are free of allergens. Notify staff at your location of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.
