Description
Dive into lessons to improve your swim skills. Develop surface dives with underwater swimming, interval training, object support and all strokes. Work towards a continuous swim of 300 metres. This activity is for all girls.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 7.
