Adapted Ultra Swim - Intermediate

Swim at your own pace. While exploring and gaining independence at this level, you will learn the mechanics of front crawl, back crawl and diving as you continue to enhance your deep-water techniques, survival and self-rescue skills. Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Adapted Ultra Swim - Beginner. Participants must have a current AIS membership.
