Description

Dive into lessons to improve your swim skills. Develop staying afloat in deep water, side glide and kicking. Learn front crawl, diving and back swim. Work towards a continuous swim of 10 meters. This activity is for all women. Be advised, no male caregivers or spectators will be allowed in the changerooms, in pool, on the pool deck or in the pool gallery during this activity.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 2 or Preschool Swim 4.
