Description

Build confidence in deep water one stroke at a time. Develop front crawl, back crawl, glides and staying afloat in deep water. Learn stride entry, eggbeater kick and breaststroke. Work towards a continuous swim of 50 to 100 meters. Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Adult Swim 1. This activity is for all women. Be advised, no male caregivers or spectators will be allowed in the changerooms, in pool, on the pool deck or in the pool gallery during this activity.
