Description
Healthy eating begins with good cooking, and cooking is a great way to connect. In this activity, you will learn the basics of cooking and how to work together to prepare delicious and nutritious recipes inspired by Canada’s Food Guide. From measuring and mixing ingredients to food safety, you will gain confidence in the kitchen.
The City of Toronto and its staff cannot guarantee that the foods or supplies within its cooking programs are free of allergens. Notify staff at your location of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.
