Description
Explore drawing basics including portraiture through working with casts and photographs to improve your drawing. Get hands-on with casts and photographs as you nail down proportions, head layout and facial feature placement. Use light logic to bring surface forms to life through a mix of lectures, demo drawings, and plenty of drawing time in class. Experiment with one graphite and one charcoal method on different types of paper, to create two take home projects. Materials list will be provided.
