Description
Intermediate students will refine techniques learned in beginner courses and improve throwing and hand-building skills while exploring more complex forms and learning to make repetitive shapes. Gain basic knowledge of the kiln firing process and different glazing techniques with increased one-on-one attention from your instructor. Advanced students will improve their skills with more complex wheel work, hand building and glazing, while learning the art of self-critique and discovering how to advance their artistic practice. *Students should be able to throw a 2-lb cylinder or hand-build a 4-to-6 inch piece.
