Description

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In pickleball, a fast-moving racquet sport that combines elements from tennis, badminton and table tennis, you will learn basics like serving, hitting and rallying as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
