Description

Dive into lessons to improve your swim skills. Develop surface dives, eggbeater kick, front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke and breaststroke. Learn shallow dives into deep water and treading water while fully clothed. Work towards a continuous swim of 200 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 6.
